a fantastic stay!
room upgrade helpful manager
the room was upgraded. the staff was excellent, especially front office manager ercan, who was very helpful and dedicated. he organized taxis and assisted with questions.
the breakfast needed more variety. the free spa access had a short duration.

the family room included ample space and comfortable furnishings. the air conditioning worked very well, maintaining a consistent temperature (even with the heating on). cleanliness was really good, ensuring a pleasant environment.

the breakfast offered many options with turkish flavors that enhanced the experience. the breakfast service starts early, at 6:30 am, to accommodate early departures. the coffee machine provided several choices.

the hotel is close to public transportation, with a tram stop just three minutes away. the hotel has a spa (i did not try it), and a starbucks on the premises. there are many shops and dining options nearby.

the front office manager, ercan, was helpful. omar, the bellboy, assisted with luggage efficiently. the hotel's location is central, convenient to attractions.

central location hospitable staff good breakfast
The hotel is close to main attractions such as Topkapi and Hagia Sophia. The staff are very hospitable. There is a Starbucks coffee shop inside with many drink options. The hotel location is near the tram. It is also close to the bazaar.
The breakfast offered a passable variety, but it lacked fruits and tarts.

The front office manager was very helpful and helped organize taxis. The reception team showed kindness during my entire stay. Some staff were standing there ready to help with luggage.

The room was impeccably clean and tidy. The rooms are very nice. I got a larger room than expected with a room view shown in the picture. The building was to be very new.

The front office staff were helpful and friendly! They provided excellent service. The hotel offered a very good breakfast selection with plenty of choices. The location was excellent. Major sites and transportation were nearby!!!

The breakfast had many options. The hotel is near the Grand Bazaar and Sultanahmet Square, in a quieter area. The tram is two minutes away.
The spa access could be longer.
